To identify the problems and solutions the researchers used a questionnaire consisting of closed and open-ended questions and semi-structured interview. The findings showed that the most important difficulties were: time-management; demotivation; adaptation to online learning; technical issues; internet connection problems. Also, various strategies were identified that master students tried to apply to solve and avoid these problems. Some of the most effective ones were: peer support; using a laptop instead of a smartphone; getting the recordings of the lessons; improvement of ICT skills and asking support from online instructors.
