КОНФЛИКТ ПОЛИТИЧЕСКИХ И КУЛЬТУРНЫХ ЦЕННОСТЕЙ В СОВРЕМЕННОМ КАЗАХСТАНЕ

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of political and cultural values in Kazakhstan. The main objective of the study is to show the influence of cultural values on political values, which form public opinion and also lead to conflict. The purpose of the article is to consider the features of the cultural and political development of modern Kazakhstan. When analyzing the historical background and the formation of independent Kazakhstan, a systematic approach and classification method were used. Using these methods, the objects of conflict and groups of conflict phenomena were identified. The study used the work of the famous American sociologist L. Kozer "The functions of social conflict", from the point of view of analyzing the socio-cultural, socio-economic and socio-psychological foundations in the cultural and political values of society.
